At the 4 Hands Dinner at the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, Joseph Lidgerwood from Seoul and Marcel Ravin from Monaco meet in a culinary dialog full of tension, origin and signature. Experience an exclusive evening at the Chef’s Table at Suvretta House. Emmanuel Pilon, executive chef at the three-Michelin-starred Le Louis XV Alain Ducasse in Monaco, presents Mediterranean haute cuisine characterized by precision, elegance, and intense flavors. The menu will be accompanied by exquisite wines from the renowned Bordeaux winery Château Angelus, curated by Smith & Smith.
