Executive Chef, 17 GaultMillau points
The restaurants at Grand Hotel Kronenhof offer a wide culinary variety: In the Grand Restaurant, one of the most beautiful Neo-Baroque restaurants in the Swiss hotel industry, guests can dine and enjoy a sensational wine list featuring the region’s most impressive wines—often including the finest vintages. An outstanding dinner is also served in the award-winning Gourmet Restaurant Kronenstübli, which boasts 16 GaultMillau points. Visitors can enjoy the sun over a light lunch on the pavilion’s wooden terrace. A remarkable highlight is the traditional afternoon tea, which is celebrated every afternoon in the magnificent hotel lobby.
Cigar enthusiasts will find everything they desire in the Fumoir, redesigned in 2019—a wide variety of the highest quality cigars and spirits are available.
As Executive Chef, Fabrizio Zanetti has shaped the culinary signature of Suvretta House for eleven years. Born in St. Moritz, he combines French culinary artistry with international openness. He gained formative experience in renowned establishments such as the Baur au Lac in Zurich, Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill in London, and within the Kempinski Group in China.
His creations, awarded 17 GaultMillau points, represent precision, curiosity, and continuous development. In 2024, he was named “Rising Star of the Year” by GaultMillau and also received the “Mérite Culinaire,” one of the highest honors in his profession. In the Grand Restaurant, he brings his philosophy to the plate: classically rooted, cosmopolitan in thought, and full of sophistication.
