Fire, Nature & Fine Dining

Together with host and hunter Claudio Laager and Nicolai and Eva H. Tram from Knystaforsen, this exclusive venture takes you out into the Engadin countryside. The Swedish duo has been awarded a Michelin star and a Michelin Green Star and stands for a cuisine that is as archaic as it is highly precise, and which lives entirely from fire, landscape and product.

This special night at Grace combines creative flying snacks from Mikael Svensson and Andrea Bonini with a fine Riesling pairing from Van Volxem.
