His career has taken him to renowned establishments and top restaurants both domestically and abroad, including Restaurant VAU in Berlin, Meatball & Winebar in Melbourne, Castello del Sole in Ascona, and Hotel Adlon Kempinski in Berlin. Most recently, he was responsible for numerous gourmet concepts as Executive Chef at Schloss Elmau, Falkenstein Grand, and Villa Rothschild.
