Gero Porstein, Executive Chef

At the helm of the Waldhaus Sils kitchen is Gero Porstein, who brings a distinctive signature to the culinary profile of the establishment with experience, sensitivity, and fresh ideas. The German-born chef looks back on a long cooking career in Switzerland and leads a 27-member team in a kitchen deeply rooted in the region. Carefully selected products from the Engadin, the Fex Valley, and Switzerland are refined here with artisanal precision into contemporary dishes that elegantly combine origin, quality, and enjoyment.
