The new chef line-up brings together outstanding personalities from top international gastronomy, celebrated restaurant concepts and culinary signatures of particular distinction. Among them are culinary personalities who can be experienced for the first time in this setting in Switzerland.

Fire, Nature & Fine Dining
Together with host and hunter Claudio Laager and Nicolai and Eva H. Tram from Knystaforsen, this exclusive venture takes you out into the Engadin countryside. The Swedish duo has been awarded a Michelin star and a Michelin Green Star and stands for a cuisine that is as archaic as it is highly precise, and which lives entirely from fire, landscape and product.

Opening - Kitchen Party
To mark the glamorous start of the festival, Badrutt’s Palace is opening its kitchen for a rousing kitchen party full of enjoyment, encounters and culinary highlights. At the 4 Hands Dinner at the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, Joseph Lidgerwood from Seoul and Marcel Ravin from Monaco meet in a culinary dialog full of tension, origin and signature. Lidgerwood’s curious, multi-layered language of flavors meets Ravin’s cultivated, sensual cuisine and creates a menu of haunting elegance.

The White Chapter - An Elevated Culinary Night at N/5 - The Bar
This special night at Grace combines creative flying snacks from Mikael Svensson and Andrea Bonini with a fine Riesling pairing from Van Volxem. Svensson, whose restaurant Kontrast in Oslo has been awarded two Michelin stars and a Michelin Green Star, stands for Nordic cuisine with great product fidelity and quiet consistency. Accompanied by DJ sounds and urban elegance, the result is an evening full of shimmer, excitement and an upbeat atmosphere.
