Influenced by the authentic Taiwanese spirit and a great passion for cooking, his culinary journey began in Chinese cuisine before he acquired a deep understanding of French cuisine through international stations. His formative experiences include positions at the three-star restaurant Guy Savoy in Singapore and alongside Julien Royer, now chef and owner of the multi-award-winning restaurant Odette, then at Jaan.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Kai Ho, cooking is not a stage, but a vocation for life. With creative originality and a clear culinary attitude, he pursues the goal of connecting people through taste, ideas and emotion. For him, every plate is an expression of his own philosophy.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This understanding is also reflected in the &#8220;Ta\u00efrroir&#8221; concept. The term combines Taiwan and terroir and stands for a new gourmet spirit in Taiwanese cuisine of this generation. Together with his team, Kai Ho deconstructs classic Taiwanese dishes, combines them with French technique and translates their character into a modern global world of indulgence.
