Do you love French cuisine, fine dining and have a passion for culinary artistry? Then Alex Dilling is the chef for you. The American embodies all the great qualities of haute cuisine. Just one year after opening his London restaurant, Alex Dilling at Café Royal, overlooking Regent Street, he was awarded two Michelin stars. Today, gourmets travel from all over the world to enjoy his unique creations. At the age of 15, Alex Dilling knew that a career in the kitchen was exactly what he wanted. He went on to learn from the greats: the legendary Alain Ducasse and Hélène Darroze, one of the most decorated female chefs in the world. In 2012, he realised his gastronomic vision at the Caviar Russe restaurant in New York, which was awarded a Michelin star under his leadership. It was during this time that he fell in love with caviar, which remains one of his favourite ingredients: “I always use generous amounts so guests can really enjoy the texture and flavour.” A maximum of 34 guests at a time can expect an intimate culinary experience with modern interpretations of French classics and a choice of five to seven exquisite courses. Using ingredients such as Cornish sardines, Devon smoked eel and Herdwick lamb, the kitchen turns each dish into a true masterpiece.
